The positive reviews mention the process and the phone support. The negative ones cluster on two things: customers who did not realise they would be mailing the documents to the court themselves, and customers who felt out of the loop while waiting for the court's decision.

Both of those apply to any written-declaration service, including this one. The court, not the service, decides the case, and the driver files the packet.
